Tiny Hills is a coaching practice by Alex Wang that supports women in working through the sticky places that hold them back—with curiosity, creativity, and flow. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface through guided conversation and art-making, grounded in mindfulness, neuroscience, and art therapy practices.No art skills necessary—stick figures, messy scribbles, or “I haven’t drawn since I was six” energy are all perfect. Every step we take together brings a shift in perspective or an action that sparks meaningful change—and moves you closer to living with more contentment, flow, and self-trust.

Working with Alex helped me see unhealthy patterns I didn’t even realize were there. I came in feeling worn out and fatigued, and left each session with more clarity and calm. She always made me feel seen and heard.
